This class is all about making fresh bread at home using the astounding Ankarsrum Assistant Stand Mixer from Sweden. Ashley McCord, Product Manager here in the US for Ankarsrum, will join us to not only introduce you to this product line but will also share many of her family favorite bread recipes, including her ever popular Orange Cranberry Cinnamon Rolls which are in high demand on Christmas morning.
 
 
Class Menu: One-Hour Bread featuring the Emile Henry Bread Cloche and served with Garlic Honey Butter, Ankarsrum's own Baguette recipe using the Emile Henry Baguette Baker, Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies - perfect for freezing and enjoying once everyone else has gone to bed. shhhhh! Orange Cranberry Cinnamon Rolls - With tips on having hot cinnamon rolls on Christmas morning without all the mess.
