About CHI Health at Home – Home Health and Hospice of Dickinson
CHI Health at Home offers two in-home health care programs to serve you, Home Health & Hospice. Home Health provides intermittent and short-term services for patients who need skilled care but do not require hospitalization or nursing home placement. Hospice provides healthcare, education and support to terminally ill clients, their families and caregivers. The program advocates home care with pain management and symptom control, which enables the patient to remain alert, pain free and as active as they can within the limitations of their disease.
